Ce document traite de la modélisation et de la commande non linéaire d'hélicoptères. Des modèles dynamiques à six degrés de liberté pour les trois types d'hélicoptères (standard, bi-rotor en tandem et bi-rotor coaxial) sont établis. Un modèle générique pour ces trois derniers est proposé et adapté lorsque l'appareil est en vol stationnaire. Le modèle qui en résulte représente une structure en cascade ayant une forme triangulaire inférieure ce qui facilite l'élaboration de lois de commande basées sur les techniques de backstepping. Une analyse théorique des contrôleurs proposés et une étude en simulation sont faites afin d'illustrer les performances de ces développements. Le cas particulier d'un hélicoptère monté sur une plate- forme verticale est également étudié. Ce système représentant les deux degrés de liberté: altitude et lacet, est modélisé et commandé via une technique classique de commande adaptative. Quelques expériences sont réalisées afin de justifier le choix de la technique proposée.

Le Chilamaté et le Serpent est une histoire qui raconte la légende de l'arbre aux mille feuillages, de l'écorce duquel sortit, un beau jour, le Serpent. Selon cette fable, transcrite en prose et dont on retrouve les motifs dans des codex et sur des pièces de poterie, c'est du trou noir, bien plus noir que la nuit qu'apparurent, au pied du Chilamaté, les premiers animaux pour atteindre le soleil.

Le travail de recherche de Jesús Alfonso Flórez López est centré sur les processus de reconstruction de I`identité ethnique au travers des pratiques de I'OREWA, Organisation régionale Embara-Wounnan qui regroupe plusieurs groupes ethniques et témoigne d'un processus dòrganisation des indigènes du Choco. II tente d'dentifier le travail à loeuvre de qui se donne par la réappropriation d'un territoire par ces groupes, et surtout par la conquête d l'autonomie, par rapport aux forces étatiques. (...) L`auteur nous montre comment ces groupes indigènes reprennent le droit ancestral, le réactualisent afin de mettre en oeuvre un dans lequel il voit une réappropriation du territoire. En fait, contre l'intégrationnisme, d'où qu'il vienne, ces groupes ont choisi de . On s'interroge sur cette politique qui en est bien une et qui aurait mérité de plus longs développements et des précisions . Le jury, qui lui a décerné la mention trés honorable avec les félicitations.

Je suis un homme de malchance, mon cher Pello, en partie mitigée par ma grande force de volonté. Je suis de ceux qui ne se découragent pas facilement ni ne considèrent qu'une cause est perdue d'avance tant qu'ils ne voient pas le moyen de trouver une solution. Je n'ai rien de mystique ni ne crois qu'il y ait au monde d'autres choses que des forces naturelles. Mais, même si après ma mort, je devais me retrouver par surprise en enfer, je ne pourrais le considérer comme une chose définitive et irrémédiable et, tant que j'aurais des forces, je penserais à puiser des ressources en moi pour améliorer ma situation. Once upon a time, there lived a pretty little girl with curly golden hair. Her name was Goldilocks. One day, however, as the curious little girl wandered into the forest, she got lost. She found a little cottage and went to look inside. As no one answered the door and seeing no one inside while peeking through the windows, she decided to enter into the cottage. Inside, Goldilocks saw three bowls of porridge still steaming on the kitchen table. They all had different sizes: a big one, a medium one and a small one! As she was quite hungry from her walk through the forest, she took the small bowl without any hesitation and ate the porridge avidly.
