En Janvier 1947, Pépé Gazuza est libéré du dernier camp de concentration espagnol encore en activité. Il tente de reprendre le cours de sa vie dans une Espagne où la faim est omniprésente. Fraîchement installé dans la pension de Dona Felisa, il va croiser une galerie de personnages hauts en couleurs : la fiancée d'un nazi, un ancien combattant de la Division Azul, un voyageur de commerce, un juif dans l'attente d'un départ en Palestine...
Miguel Nunez fut un résistant au franquisme, il connut de longues années de détention, la torture et la clandestinité. Il a su comme peu témoigner et raconter cette vie et cette histoire. Le scénariste Pepe Galvez, lui aussi rescapé des geôles franquistes et le dessinateur Alfonso Lopez (Terrain vague chez Hachette comics et Une vie de saint chez Fluide glacial) ont initialement conçu cette oeuvre comme un présent à leur ami Miguel alors quil vivait ses derniers jours.
Lenthousiasme quil manifesta, les a conduits à publier une version alternant texte et bandes dessinée. Contre toute attente, le livre obtiendra le prix national de la culture en Catalogne. La version que nous publions comporte 38 planches inédites pour lédition française.
À travers les questions financières les plus fréquentes, cet ouvrage tente de dédiaboliser le marché boursier aux yeux du grand public et des dirigeants des PME - ETI.
L'ouvrage se divise en 2 grandes parties :
1. les problèmes généraux du financement des entreprises : financement monétaire, rôle de la thésaurisation et de l'épargne, analyse des titres cotés en bourse, origine et situation actuelle de la Bourse de Paris, formation des cours boursiers, indices boursiers.
2. l'introduction en bourse : les raisons d'une inscription sur le marché, les méthodes permettant d'évaluer le premier cours, les différentes contraintes, la détermination du prix d'introduction, le risque ultérieur de perte de contrôle, l'éventualité d'une sortie du marché, l'actualité des introductions en bourse.

This book focuses on the characters that populate the Game of Thrones universe and on one of the most salient features of their interaction: violence and warfare. It analyses these questions from a multidisciplinary perspective that is chiefly based on Classical Studies. The book is divided into two sections. The first section explores Martin's characters as the mainstay of both the novels and the TV series, since the author has peopled his universe with three-dimensional intriguing characters that resonate with the reader/audience. The second section is devoted to violence and warfare, both pervasive in the Game of Thrones universe. In particular, the TV series' depiction of violence is explicit, going beyond the limits that have seldom been traversed in primetime television i.e. the execution of Ned Stark, the "Red Wedding" and "Battle of the Bastards". In the Game of Thrones universe, violence is not only restricted to warfare but is an everyday occurrence, a result of the social and gender inequalities characterising the world created by Martin.

La Colombie, toujours influencée par le modèle kelsenien et autrichien traditionnel, suit depuis plusieurs années un nouveau paradigme qui intègre à ses systèmes constitutionnels des caractéristiques du système nord-américain. Dans le cadre actuel de la constitutionnalisation du droit et du néo-constitutionnalisme du droit , la jurisprudence de la Cour Constitutionnelle occupe désormais un lieu prédominant en Colombie puisqu'elle partage à présent les compétences du législateur. Ce nouveau paradigme provoque des controverses sur les changements imposés par la jurisprudence, lesquels remettraient en cause l'interprétation constitutionnelle ou la protection des droits fondamentaux. L'analyse panoramique de la jurisprudence constitutionnelle colombienne, en particulier celle des premières années (1992-2000), nous amènera à mettre en relief le rôle de plus en plus prédominant qu'elle joue dans ce pays et à observer la naissance du phénomène de gouvernement des juges .
